My Darkest Days

                It all started back in January of 2018. One night I had went to go hangout with my now frenemy Nino at the Fire Department he volunteered with. He was hanging out with his friend whom is now my wife Aleiyah. Everything was going well and we were all hanging out etc all the time with no care in the world, just enjoying life, on our days off and after work. One night, my wife and I had went over to hangout at the Fire House after getting food an they wanted to play manhunt so we did. It was now my turn to go look for everyone, while the others had been out already we paged them over the intercom and nothing.            Welcome to My Darkest Days. My name is Jacob and I am from Rotterdam NY. My blog will be about mental health and how I came to realize how important it is and how to understand it. Back in the beginning of 2018 my life was perfect, I didn't have anxiety, panic attacks etc. After going through what I've been through, I finally understood what others have been going through. The past few years I've had bad panic attacks, anxiety, anger, etc I was lost and didn't know what to do. I have never been the type to go and talk to someone about what I was going through. I was even at a point where I had lost hope and faith, stopped believing in God etc. I was fighting my demons physically and mentally. I've decided to make this blog to not only help people connect with similar situations/ stories but to also understand that no matter what you're going through that there are ways to come out of situations like mine and others and to never give up.
